Our Blanca range is inspired by woodworking techniques from the construction of mountain chalets whose walls are assembled from logs. The curved part of each tile echoes wood-turning techniques, used to achieve curved shapes, while the ends evoke the mitre cuts often used for assembly purposes or the oblique cut that is made to fell a tree so that it falls in the right direction. Because wood is a living, tactile material, the collection has an uneven grooved texture reminiscent of the bark of a tree.
